Who we are

Rinaldo and Maria Canteri created the Restaurant Capitel 1967. Now their son Gianluca continues the tradition in the name of authenticity and freshness of food ,  revisiting in a modern way the old recipes of mom and dad . Among the first courses, the menu offers noodles in broth with “fegatini” (liver's morsels) , bigoli or fettuccine with  Bolognese sauce , tortellini with butter and sage, risotto ; among the second courses, the main dish are the delicious meats, accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables . Naturally, the famous sauces  can not miss : the Verona PEARA' , the green sauce and the Cren ( horseradish).

We are specialized in menu for families, baptisms, first communions, confirmations, corporate dinners and banquets of all kinds.
